Yes. AutoTap is a normal app that you install with your own Apple Account, the same way developers install their own apps. There’s no jailbreak, the Mac installer is notarized by Apple, and your Apple Account password goes only to Apple. Our Privacy Policy lists everything we keep.

Apple only lets an app from outside the App Store run if it’s signed with an Apple Account. AutoTap Setup signs AutoTap with yours by talking to Apple directly: your email, password and codes go to Apple, never to us. A free Apple Account works.

Apps from the App Store aren’t allowed to touch other apps, so their auto clickers only tap inside themselves, usually in a built-in browser. AutoTap is installed from your computer and connects the way Xcode does, so its taps reach any app on your iPhone.

Switch Control is an accessibility feature, not an auto clicker. It can only replay a gesture you record by hand, so it’s never faster than you tapped it, and while a recipe runs it takes over your screen, so your own taps stop working until you turn it off. You build each recipe in Accessibility settings. AutoTap is made for this: place spots on a screenshot, tap up to 30 times a second, turn any spot into a swipe, start from presets, and stop with a volume button from any app.

Yes. Sign in with Apple or Google and you get 5 free minutes of tapping every day, and, coming soon, 5 more minutes for each short ad you watch, up to 4 ads a day. The free plan taps up to 10 times a second. Premium is unlimited time, up to 30 taps a second, and no ads, monthly or as one payment for Lifetime. Starting a run needs an internet connection, because your time is kept on the server; the tapping itself happens on your iPhone or iPad.

Press Get Premium under Pricing and pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card, using the email you sign in to AutoTap with. Premium turns on for that account in a moment, on every iPhone and iPad you sign in on. In AutoTap, Get Premium does the same for the account you’re signed in to, whatever email you pay with.

Whenever you like, from the link in any receipt we email you, or in AutoTap from Settings. Premium stays on until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and nothing is charged after that. Lifetime is one payment, so there’s nothing to cancel.

Yes. AutoTap runs on iPad with iPadOS 27 or later, in portrait or landscape. Setup is the same: plug it into your Mac or PC and run AutoTap Setup.

Press either volume button, from any app. Locking the phone stops it too, and so does the Stop button on the notification AutoTap shows while it runs. Every run also stops on its own after 30 minutes unless you ask for longer.

Your iPhone or iPad only lets a computer it trusts install AutoTap and turn on the developer services it uses to tap, including Developer Mode, which Setup shows you how to switch on. After that you won’t need the computer: the tapping happens on your iPhone, and it stays set up through restarts. Each run just checks your tapping time online before it starts.

Yes, on Windows 10 or 11. AutoTap Setup needs Apple’s free Apple Devices app, and installs it for you if it’s missing. Our Windows guide walks through the rest. On a Mac, any Mac with macOS 11 or later works, Apple silicon or Intel.

A free app on the App Store. AutoTap reaches your iPhone’s developer services through it, so open it and tap Connect before you start a run.

Apps signed with a free Apple Account run for seven days. Renew AutoTap from its Settings on your iPhone whenever you like.

Yes. Any spot can be a swipe, and the presets in Explore scroll Reels, TikTok and Shorts for you.

It opens like any other app: AutoTap Setup is signed with a Developer ID and notarized by Apple. The first time you open it, macOS asks you to confirm opening an app downloaded from the internet. Click Open.
